When I copy text from Scrivener and paste it into Scapple I get all sorts of symbols such as "Note{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\uc1\deff0{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0\fprq2 Bookerly;} etc." How come?

Those are rich-text tags. Something's gone awry with the translation to and from the clipboard.

I'd check you're not somehow pasting as plain text.

You're right about rich-text, but Scapple has no paste options that I can see.

Besides, when I paste from MS Word into Scapple I don't see those symbols. Hence my question about Scrivener-Scapple interaction.
