I purchased Scrivener last year, and it was downloaded to my laptop, but my hard drive crashed. How can I retrieve my original Scrivener files? I do not have access to my original password or download information.

Thanks for your assistance.

Not sure what you are looking for, as "original Scrivener files" could mean a couple of things.

If you are looking for your *work*, i.e., documents you wrote in Scrivener projects, then they would have been stored on your original hard drive, any backups you made of your hard drive, and possibly any cloud syncing services you were subscribing to at the time, if you were syncing your Scrivener projects and/or Scrivener backups to the cloud.

If you are looking to download and reinstall the Scrivener software and/or have licensing questions, please consult this page for answers: http://www.literatureandlatte.com/learn-and-support#section-snumber

Let me know that doesn't answer your question.

I got my Scrivener from Amazon and if that's the case, you should be able to log into your own account and just download it again.
