Re: 1.2.6 Scrivener for Linux RELEASED

No, I installed Scrivener with the package installer and then clicked on the icon. Nothing happens. I'm quite new to Linux and I'm trying to figure out how things work. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate.

Thanks.

Corkboard and Outline issue

When I switch from Document view to either Corkboard and Ouline, I find them empty. What can I do to correct this?

Thanks.

Jeco

P.S. I'm using the latest beta and I'm a registered user.

Re: 1.2.6 Scrivener for Linux RELEASED

Unfortunately, I tried all the suggestions brought up in this forum, but wasn't able to make it work in Kubuntu 12.10. Maybe Lee can take a look and points us to the right direction?

Thanks.

Re: SCRIVENER FOR WINDOWS 1.5.0.5 BETA RELEASED

I printed OK from my netbook, directly (no via compile). Although the margins truncated some letters. I think that happened because I had set very small margins on a A4 sheet: 0.50. I have to experiment further. This beta has been stable so far.

I hope this helps.

Re: Portuguese

Thanks for the reply, Keith.

Unfortunately I don't have a list of Portuguese names, nor Excel. I guess I just have to rely on my imagination.

Take care.

Portuguese

Hi,

Is there a way to have the Name Generator search for Portuguese names? That would be very useful to me.

Thanks.

Re: Full screen issues and a suggestion (V.035)

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. I updated Scrivener to 1.0.2 and I'm happy to report that I can now insert the French quotes the standard way, in both the editor and full screen mode. The other issues are workable and don't represent significant challenges and thanks ...

Re: Full screen issues and a suggestion (V.035)

This is not by any means a problem which cannot be manageable with some tweaks, but it would be nice to know if it contains any merit to be addressed. Thanks.

Full screen issues and a suggestion (V.035)

I'm not sure at this point if some functions available within the editor still to be implemented in full screen mode. Here are some short cuts lacking in full screen: – zoom Ctrl+= – zoom Ctrl±– – Project targets ( I don't see a way of making this visible in full screen) Also, would be nice to have ...

Project notes

Hi!

Is there a way to keep Project notes visible? Every time I click on the text area of the editor project notes disappear. I would like to see it for example in full screen mode when I'm writing.

Thank you.
