Used to be able to enlarge images in desktop Scrivener notes - has something changed?

Hi all, Has something changed re: Edit Image in Scrivener? I used to be able to use Edit Image to enlarge the appearance of an image within a note. Now when I try to do this, I am still able to adjust the Horizontal and Vertical sliders, but cannot get a larger version of the image (it can still shr...

Organizing multiple children's book projects

I use Scrivener for so many aspects of my work, which is writing novels for young people as well as writing/illustrating picture books, from idea generation to research to outlining to writing & illustrating, etc. I'm currently working on illustrating three different picture books for three diff...

Re: Apple iPad & Scrivener

I am always reading ebooks on my iPhone so I'm looking forward to getting an iPad. I also plan to do some writing on my iPad when I'm away from my laptop. My blog post today: http://www.inkygirl.com/why-im-excited-about-the-apple-ipad/ I am also a huge Scrivener fan (my Scrivener t-shirt came in the...

Template for nonfiction book proposal?

(I've moved this from the Tips & Tricks FAQ after noticing that questions should be posted here, sorry) I did a search (perhaps I used the wrong search terms) but was unable to find this. Before I create my own, I thought I'd ask: has anyone out there posted a template for nonfiction book propos...

OH! This would be amazing. I use both Evernote and Scrivener heavily on a daily basis, and will start taking notes re: synchronisation ideas.

Adjusting size of script font?

I'm working on a graphic novel script and was about to create my own template when I saw the fine template provided by Antony Johnson. The text size is a tad too small for my aging eyes, however, and I'd like to increase it. When I go to the Script Settings, however, the font size is greyed out (exc...

Re: Introducing Mr Johnson (the shadowy "DMJ")

Welcome, David! And congrats on your staff enhancement, Keith!

I'm excited about the impending release of the new version of Scrivener. Is there a mailing list for people who want to know when the new version is available? (and who are too lazy to check the forums regularly)

Falling more in love with Scrivener each day

I've used Scrivener for both nonfiction and fiction projects, but now I'm using it to write a graphic novel script. After reading useful advice from both Antony and Lord Lightning (thank you both!), I was prompted to get off my butt and actually try modifying the Scriptwriting prefs for my own use. ...

I've figured out how to modify the Script settings to suit my Graphic Novel needs (formatting etc.). This making things MUCH easier! The more I learn about Scrivener, the more I love it!!

Thanks again.

I followed your instructions, but it still doesn't appear in Scrivener. The name of the file looks like a Scrivener file, but the system still thinks it's an Omni Outliner file, and "Scrivener" doesn't appear in the drop-down menu when I click on "More Info." I very much apprecia...
