Re: Colours in Binder

I'd like to see the "selected" color of the sidebar be something other than grey, Grey doesn't show well as a highlight except on a white background, which seems Scriv iOS first choice, anyway. Obviously, the most useful would be to have the selection color to be completely customizable, o...

Would Scriv iOS consider supporting multiple folders in DropBox?

Rather than everything having to be in one folder in Dropbox, would L&L consider having projects be able to reside in different folders in DropBox. Scenario: In DropBox I have a separate folder for each story. All files that concern that story are kept in that folder. I'd like to be able to keep...

Projects Column Organization and Binders/Projects?

I work on many stories at the same time and because I need to use both PC and iOS I store the Scrivener projects in a Dropbox folder which Scrivener points to. In Scrivener iOS, The Projects Column seems it can't really be organized at all. If I don't want to show a certain project in the Projects W...

Re: Unable to download Scrivener for Windows

Figured it out and was able to download. It wouldn't download through our wi-fi, but would through LAN.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Unable to download Scrivener for Windows

Ah, thanks all. Katherine, I am behind a FedEx firewall and my internet is set up by someone else. I'll look into it here -- this points me in the right direction.

Re: Unable to download Scrivener for Windows

Left-clicking opens a blank window with the address: http://199.81.212.12:9014/images/transparent.gif in the address bar.

Re: Unable to download Scrivener for Windows

Thanks, Katherine.

There must be something terribly wrong on my end, with my computer/internet. When i right click the file you sent and 'save as', it's trying to save as a .gif with the file name transparent.gif. And it actually does save as a .gif.

Weird.

Unable to download Scrivener for Windows

I'm trying to re-download Scrivener for Windows after rebuilding my computer, but when I press the 'Download Free Trial' button on Scrivener site (the only way I know to download the program) I'm taken to a blank page. In the address bar of the blank page is the location: /images/transparent.gif. I'...

Re: Can I just export a zipped file from Scrivener iOS?

Ahh. Thanks. Don't know why I didn't see the little share icon at the bottom of the Projects list. That'll work.

Wish there were more ways to get it back into iOS, but this will work.

Can I just export a zipped file from Scrivener iOS?

Hi, I haven't been able to find the answert to this. I'm new to both iPad iOS and Scriv for iOS, but have used Scriv on PC for some time. I don't want to use Dropbox to sync files with Scrivener between my Windows machine and my iPad. I'd like to just email a zipped file back and forth. Is this poss...

Re: page view

Totally agree. It helps me judge the pacing in the writing to see the margins and page. Not super important, but I do like being able to see it. Right now, you can kind of set up your margins to mimic the approximate data, at least horizontally. Seems like a total type area of about 7 inches turns o...

Not yet, but hopefully in an upcoming version. I believe it's been mentioned that that feature is on the books.

Weird Crash when changing font style in Editor

I don't want to report this as a bug yet because it happens on one of my computers, but not another. When I'm in the editor and want to change some text to a different font I: Select the text Click in the Type Field in the Formatting Bar to change the font. Scriv crashes This happens consistently on...

Can you change the font and line spacing in Synopsis window?

I've not found a setting to change either the text font or the line spacing in the Synopsis window. Is this changeable? I can change the Synopsis Title, however.

Thanks,
Mahlon
