Comments added in Mac version - where are they in the Win ve

OK this is the first time I've shared a document with a Scriviner Mac user. I saved to a shared drive and she says she used the yello comment button at the top of the screen to add comments- but I cant see any equivalent in the Windows version?

Where do I see the comments ?

Re: Crashes out completely & frequently. No pattern discerned.

I'm getting random silent crashes as well on both Win 7 Pro and Win XP - In my case the books' content has been nowhere near Word. Resources were imported from OO though. I will send the dump file to you as well

Re: Workflow and apps for Windows + iPad

OK I think the Plaintext app was crashing because I had ( symob in the file name. It's no longer crashing but can't reader the sciv file either. I can export to a text file (once I realise I had to set the option for text encoding not in the compile function but in the project opitons) - but it's ha...

Re: Workflow and apps for Windows + iPad

Its seems so basic - Scivenier is basically a Mac app - so why doens' it run on the ipad

I hoped this was a solution http://iainbroome.com/scrivener-mobile-sync - using plaintext to edit on the iPad side - but the Plaintext app just crashes when I copy the sciv folder into my dropbox folder

Re: Unanswered Posts re: epub and Kindle format

Is there any ETA of these features for the Window version of Scrivener This is the growth area of publishing at the moment and there are more and more approaches to doing this in user-friendly software such as WordPress. For many reasons I'd prefer to do the whole work flow in Scrivener - but if not...

Re: ePub to iBookstore? Anyone successful?

Hmm it would be nice to know when - its either that I will have to buy Word for Smashword conversions because my OpenOffice files just won't convert there.

Re: Using Scrivener to Compile for Kindle

OK I finally figured it out - 2 get the 2nd screen you posted - you don't hit OK (as you'd expect) - you hit the blue down button on the right - and then all is good cause you can set up the location of kindlegen and the rest of the compile functions!

Re: Using Scrivener to Compile for Kindle

I['m travelling at the moment so cant try this for real - but I've never seen the 2nd screen - I got the first one - installed kindlegen - re-started scrivenier - and still got the first screen.

I am using the Windows version -I'm wondering if its just not been implemented in Windows?

Re: Using Scrivener to Compile for Kindle

Ah I understand - good thought - but no it didn't work -Scrivener still can't find it - it seems odd that there is not step to tell Scrivener where to find KG
